Learning & Development Capability

I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Occupational Training and Learning. I have direct experience of a wide range of major companies related systems and methods. In addition, I have studied extensively, and have attained a Master’s Degree in Training, Level 5 Certificate in Learning & Development.

Since 1980 I have been continuously involved in training, learning and development. In each of my roles, I have been responsible for Training Needs Analysis and Baseline Assessment of workers, as a first step towards closing knowledge and skill gaps by the introduction of Training initiatives.

I have extensive experience in the design of tailored training initiatives and material to close out any knowledge or skills gaps. I also have at my fingertips a wide range of training materials.
